4 - 6 chicken breasts, cut in half
1 small can diced pineapple and juice
3 tsp. dried dill or fresh dill to taste
1 small onion, diced
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped or crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place washed chicken breasts (skin on or off) in a medium sized oven pan. Cover with remaining ingredients. Place on lower oven rack (not the bottom rack) and cook for 1 - 1.5 hours. Enjoy!
