Linda in Moses Lake, Wash. says this is a tasty and easy side dish with very little clean-up. (Her favorite kind!) To make a full meal out of it, cut some kielbasa & green peppers into the potatoes. If you can't find the flavored oil, use regular olive oil and add garlic salt or powder to the seasoning mix.
Potatoes on the Grill
8-10 red new potatoes
1 Tbsp. roasted garlic flavored oil
Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges, leaving the skin on or taking it off (personal preference). Dry the potatoes and put them in a large bowl. Coat with oil, sprinkle seasonings to taste and toss well. Let them sit for about 10-15 min.
Make a cookie sheet out of heavy aluminum foil and spread the potatoes on this, laying them on their sides. Place on a low to medium-low preheated BBQ grill and close the lid for about 10 minutes. Turn them and cook about 10 more minutes or until fork tender. If you don't have a grill, you can do this in an oven at 375 degrees F. Enjoy!
