A colorful salad for formal meals or everyday dinners.
1 bag fresh spinach, torn into bite-size pieces
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
Dressing: (mix separately)
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar (you can substitute white vinegar)
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1 Tbsp. minced onions
1/4 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
Toss the spinach, strawberries and dressing together. Extra dressing keeps well in refrigerator.
