Ileen's Greek Salad
from Ileen Stewart in Pembroke Pines, Fla. Ileen says this dish is easily prepared in advance and is a winner for large crowds!

2 12-oz. boxes of spiral shaped tri-colored pasta
1 box frozen chopped spinach
2 jars vinaigrette dressing
1 package feta cheese

Cook pasta,drain in cold water and set aside. Microwave the spinach and drain. Add spinach to pasta in a large bowl. Add crumbled feta cheese and vinagrette dressing (slowly). Add basil, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Toss and refrigerate.
