Fresh Fruit Salad with Mint

  • 4 cups watermelon, cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 cup bing cherries, pitted
  • 2 cups cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, 1" slices
  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 2 cups globe grapes
  • 2 cups lowfat lemon yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped fine
  • 3 tablespoons honey
Combine all the fruits and yogurt, drizzle with the honey and sprinkle the mint over this desert just before serving.
