Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl while potatoes are hot. Beat with an electric mixer until well blended,
about 2 minutes or until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 4 - 6 servings.
- 2 lbs. potatoes, cut up and boiled
- 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. Polaner® Chopped Garlic
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
