1 (15-oz.) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 (8-oz.) can corn, drained
tortilla chips and shredded Cheddar cheese, optional
Cook and stir onions and garlic in oil in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat until tender. Add turkey; cook until done, stirring occasionally to break up meat. Drain.
Stir in chicken broth, tomatoes, mustard, chili powder and pepper. Heat to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in beans and corn; cook for 5 minutes.
Serve topped with tortilla chips and shredded cheese if desired.
