1-lb. beef flank or boneless top sirloin steak, cut into strips
1/2 cup A.1. Steak Sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (8-oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained, reserving 1/3 cup juice
1/2 cup minced green onion
hot cooked rice
Mix beef, steak sauce and cornstarch until well coated. Drain beef, reserving steak sauce
mixture. Cook and stir beef strips in hot oil in large skillet for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add pineapple chunks, onion, reserved pineapple juice and steak sauce mixture; heat to a
boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Serve over rice.
