Pineapple Beef Stir-Fry

  • 1-lb. beef flank or boneless top sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup A.1. Steak Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 (8-oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained, reserving 1/3 cup juice
  • 1/2 cup minced green onion
  • hot cooked rice
Mix beef, steak sauce and cornstarch until well coated. Drain beef, reserving steak sauce mixture. Cook and stir beef strips in hot oil in large skillet for 3 to 4 minutes. Add pineapple chunks, onion, reserved pineapple juice and steak sauce mixture; heat to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Serve over rice.

Nutrition Information per serving (without rice):
304 calories, 24 g protein, 17 g carbohydrate, 16 g Total fat, 5 g saturated fat, 57 mg cholesterol, 549 mg sodium, 2 g dietary fiber.
