IACP Cookbook Awards

The International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) annually honors the "who's who" of the culinary industry with their awards. Favorite awards are often in the cookbook categories.

Categories include Cookbook of the Year and the Design Award. First Book: The Julia Child Award, is named after past IACP Cookbook of the Year award winner and IACP supporter, Julia Child.Click here for a list of past winners dating back to 1967. Past winners include Theory and Practice of Good Cooking, by James Beard (1977), The Cake Bible, by Rose Levy Beranbaum (1988), Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone by Deborah Madison, (1998), and Vegetables from Amaranth to Zucchini: The Essential Reference, by Elizabeth Schneider, (2003).
